Please consider all the information in the voting pack.  Like all votes, this is your decision to make. Please review Item 3, National Citrus Grower Levy 2104 Ballot Voting Rules.  This article is written as a guide and is not to be taken as a substitute for the Voting Rules.  GDCG Inc are not liable for any damage that may arise from this document.

Internet voting is the preferred method as it is simple and quick, please follow the instructions on the front of Item 4, Citrus Australia / BoardRoom Voting Instructions and Ballot Paper

Postal voting in this poll is unusually difficult compared to typical poll’s and requires very strict following of instructions.  Most important is to follow the instructions on the Yellow Declaration Slip which is used to give additional votes to every 20 Hectares under the addressee’s direction.  For example, if you have 100 Hectares of Citrus, this Declaration Slip entitles you to a further 5 votes.  Please consider the information listed under Item 3, for more information.
